As of 1st May 2025, the Fennwood Academy Trust has ceased to exist.

From May 1st 2025, Woodville Primary School has become a member of the Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) Multi-Academy Trust.

From December 2013 until April 2025, Woodville Primary School was the founding Academy School within the FennWood Academy Trust and a company limited by guarantee.
